WE always work in partnership with the parents and other stakeholders, as well as value their opinion; feedback and recommendations in providing the best quality of childcare. Moreover, we value and appreciate our staffs that are undoubtedly instrumental to the success and vision of the company.

We believe that our children are our future and all children regardless of individual needs, ethnic, religion and cultural background have potential to be successful and be achievers, hence why working in partnership with parents, our professional staffs and other stakeholders’ i.e. Our local council, OFSTED is of utmost importance in raisingour future stars and laying the early years foundation that sets them up for a brighter future.

Kelsea Layzell

Nursery Manager

Kelsea started her childcare journey back in 2012, when she had the opportunity to work with students’ youths with different aspects of SEND from severe autism, Down syndrome, speech and language to ADHD, this was the most amazing experience, which stuck with her throughout the whole of her college days. After Kelsea left college, she became bank staff to a local nursery and thereafter found her place with Just Imagine Day Nursery – Canvey Island in July 2017. Since then she has progressed from practitioner to SENCO to senior and now to a well deserved proud position as nursery manager. Even though challenging, however with the team and children surrounding her, she blossomed into the person she is today and by her own admission, she wouldn’t change it for the world!
